About Me....

This is my third semester as I pursue the MAT degree in Elementary Education, and I am amazed  at how quickly the time has flown by.  I graduated from Carson-Newman College with a BA in Applied Psychology.  I worked as a Child and Youth Case Manager for a few years before deciding I was ready to go back to school. 

The opportunity to job-shadow many careers arose, which gave me the personal validation needed  to tell myself that I was indeed supposed to be a teacher, although I think I really knew it all along.

This is my first blog, and I hope to expand my knowledge in the blog world and with technology in general.
